4.3 Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the customized nature of our product, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

5.2 Shipping: If applicable, shipping costs and delivery times are additional to the production time and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
5.3 Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, and the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 User Content: You retain copyright of the original photograph submitted to Canvawish.
6.2 Final Portrait: Canvawish retains copyright of the final custom portrait.
6.3 Use of Work: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use or distribution of the portrait is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained written permission from Canvawish.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
