Thank you for choosing Canvawish for your custom portrait needs. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and to providing you with artwork that you can cherish for years to come. Due to the personalized nature of our products, it is important for us to lay out clearly our policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Custom Portrait Orders
1.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Custom Work: Each portrait is customized to your specifications and as such, cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales of custom portraits are final and non-refundable once your order is placed.
1.2 Order Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order before our artists have begun work on your custom portrait, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, once work has begun, we cannot provide any refund.
2. Proofing and Approval Process
2.1 Customer’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and approve all proofs sent during the design process. We will make up to 10 rounds of revisions based on your feedback. Please check the proofs carefully for any spelling mistakes, errors, or design issues.
2.2 Final Approval: By giving final approval on a design, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after the final proof approval, and production has started, no refunds or returns will be provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
3.1 Reporting Issues: Any damage or defects in the received product must be reported to Canvawish within 5 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will assess the situation promptly.
3.2 Assessment and Resolution: If the damage or defect is determined to be due to our error or occurred during the production process, we will offer a refund or replacement of the product. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Issues
4.1 Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Canvawish is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages: Canvawish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for an order. We will provide delivery confirmation and assist you in investigating the issue, but no refund or replacement will be provided in these cases.
5. Limitation of Liability
Canvawish shall not be liable in any way for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this agreement or the transactions conducted under it.
