Can I see my artwork before printing?
Absolutely! We will send you a free preview of your artwork before we start printing.
Your approval is crucial before we can proceed with printing, and we understand how important this is to you. We'll make any necessary changes until you're satisfied with the final artwork.
How long does the printing and framing process take?
Each product we craft is personalized just for you, ensuring its uniqueness and quality. As such, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be meticulously crafted and dispatched.
Keep in mind, during peak holiday seasons, delivery timelines might extend slightly, reaching up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver the best for you..
Is my photo good to use?
We carefully review all the photos that we receive. If we find any issue, we will send you an email to explain the problem and request some new photos.
To ensure the best quality photos, we recommend taking them in good natural lighting and at eye level.

How do you create your portraits?
The canvawish portraits are not 'paintings'. Instead, they are meticulously hand-illustrated by our skilled digital artists following a manual and highly technical design process. To ensure the highest quality, we do not rely on filters or apps for this artistic creation.
Do you offer digital files of the artwork or only physical prints?
We provide both options: physical prints and digital downloadable files. On the product page, you can select your preference.
Choosing the digital download gives you an image file of your artwork, which you can then print at a local provider. It's a cost-effective and quicker alternative if you're looking to avoid delivery wait times.
**Please be aware that if you select the 'digital artwork download' option, no physical items will be shipped to you.**

Will you send me a tracking number?
Sure, we'll email you the tracking number. We understand how important it is for you to stay informed about your order. You can expect to receive it as soon as possible. Once you have the tracking number, your portrait will arrive within a few days.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 14 days of placing your order, please send us an email.
Is the packaging secure enough to protect the portraits?
We've put a lot of thought into the design of our packaging to ensure that your portrait arrives safely. It will be wrapped in plastic to protect it from any moisture, and securely positioned in the center of the box to prevent any scuffs or scratches.
If your portrait happens to arrive damaged, please reach out to us by email and we'll happily send you a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return the product?
Once you give your approval to the preview, you will no longer qualify for a refund. Please note that every order is tailored to your specifications and cannot be returned.
Product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
In some rare instances, our portraits may experience damage during transit. If this occurs, rest assured that our warranty covers any breakage or damage caused by delivery.
To expedite the resolution process, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order and provide us with a photo of both the packaging and the damaged item.
What is your refund policy?
We assure you that upon shipment, your product will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship, meeting the specific requirements outlined in your order.
